Maritime Floating Products

Mooring Buoy
Suitable for port, coastal and deep sea applications. Especially, these buoys are used for the open sea mooring of the biggest oil tankers. Modular floats used for this buoy are made from rotomolded polyethylene shells filled with polyurethane foam or EPS. The metallic structure is made in hot dip galvanized steel, and has the important duty to support the modular floats.

Buoys
The float is made of polyethylene material. Optional interior can be filled with EPS or PU. The purpose of this is to ensure that the float remains on the surface without sinking in the event of hitting any float or vandalism. The content of our products includes original raw material, UV stabilizer and antioxidant. Our buoys have monoblock PE pipes from the top point to the bottom point, the shaft passes through this pipe. In this way, it is impossible for water to enter the float.

TO USE YOUR FLOATS FOR LONGER TERM OF USE, MOVE ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION BELOW:
* Read the technical information above to choose your float according to its usage area.
* The load that each float can lift is included in the technical information on the side.
* The vault connection of your float should always be done from the bottom, using the swivel.
* The chain used when making the vault connection must be of two types. The chain starting from the bottom hook of the float and descending to the sea bottom should be thin, and the chain that joins the vault should be used thick and sprinkling to the sea bottom. The thick chain sprinkled to the bottom of the sea will create a certain weight and keep the float stationary.
* The ring at the top of your float is used only to pull the float. Do not use it for any other operation.
* Do not open, change or equip your float equipment with additional materials. Changes you make at your own discretion can bring permanent damage to the float or make it unusable.
* The buoy connected must remain submerged in the sea in half. If most or all of the floats are submerged after the float is connected and thrown into the sea, this means that the float connection was made wrong or the float was chosen incorrectly. In this case, the correct connection must be made or a float with a greater lift force must be selected.

Self-Contained Lanterns
The Self-contained Lanterns combine a compact, high-efficiency solar engine with premium components and a rugged design for best-in-class performance. Built-in calendar function for automatic de-activation during off-season months. Adjustable intensity and range. PS synchronized flash option.

Modular Onshore PE Tower
The tower is made from modular polyethylene parts reinforced with steel parts.

Floating Clamps
Produced of polyethylene and filled with polyurethane. Usage for pipeline laying operations ensuring positive buoyancy. Consists of 2 pieces being combined with hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel flanges, bolts and nuts.
